Exotic Pavers installs brick, porcelain, and marble pavers for driveways, patios, and pool decks in Lake Worth. The city on the beach renamed itself Lake Worth Beach in 2019. The Exotic Pavers site still says Lake Worth, which is also the name people still use for nearby addresses outside the city limits. Either label, the work is the same coastal stretch south of West Palm Beach and east of the Wellington shop.

Porcelain is the material we use most often here for patios, driveways, and pool decks. It resists stains, scratches, and fading, which is what sun and afternoon rain do to a yard surface here. Porcelain pavers are non-porous and do not need sealing. Driveways take 3 cm porcelain so the paver, not just the color, can carry a car. Lighter colors stay more comfortable in full sun than dark ones.

Brick pavers are the driveway material we use when the job is about strength. Brick handles vehicle weight, and a single unit can be replaced if one fails. We lay driveway brick in herringbone so the pattern locks. Marble pavers are part of the same material list as brick and porcelain. We use marble on patios and pool decks when the owner wants stone veining and a surface that cools faster than concrete, and we seal it. We do not use it under tires.

The company is based at 13646 Barberry Drive, Wellington, FL 33414, a short drive west. Founders Marsha and Marc McKinnon have been installing outdoor spaces since 2013. Family-owned and veteran-owned. Marc served four years in the USMC and is ICPI and retaining wall certified. License CGC# 1523876.
