Exotic Pavers installs brick, porcelain, and marble pavers for driveways, patios, and pool decks in Palm Beach. The Town of Palm Beach is the barrier island east of West Palm Beach, across the Intracoastal, and many of the lots are oceanfront. Outdoor rooms there are patios and pool decks that have to look right from the house and still hold up to salt, sun, and rain. The crew comes from 13646 Barberry Drive, Wellington, FL 33414.

Marble is the pool-deck conversation on this island. We use marble, and often travertine, for decks because the stone is durable and can be given a textured finish so it is not slick when wet. Marble pavers stay cooler underfoot than concrete in the sun. They are a natural material, so we seal them and we say so before the job. They belong on patios, walkways, and pool decks. Driveways are a different assembly.

For the drive, brick pavers are what we install when the street view should read as brick and the surface has to carry cars. Herringbone locks the field. One stained or broken unit can be swapped without cutting out a slab. Porcelain pavers are the third option, alongside clay, brick, and marble. Porcelain is the one that does not need a sealer. On a driveway it has to be 3 cm. On a patio it can run in the same look as an interior floor, which suits houses where the living room opens straight outside. A fire pit can be set into that patio when the owner wants one.

Marsha and Marc McKinnon are the founders. The company is family-owned and veteran-owned. Marc served four years in the USMC and is ICPI and retaining wall certified.
