Yes. A patio paver constructed by professional installers can add significant value to your property in Palm Beach County, Florida. A HomeLight study found that installing a patio can deliver an average return on investment (ROI) of 109%.
Yes. A paver driveway installed by an expert paver company can increase your home value in Palm Beach County, FL, where curb appeal is highly valued. Your driveway is one of the most prominent features that affect property value, and high-quality materials like brick, clay, and porcelain pavers offer endless design options to customize your driveway. Pavers can also withstand heavy loads like vehicles, and they’re easy to maintain.
Most contractors recommend waiting one hour before walking on newly installed pavers. For heavier loads such as furniture or regular use, 24 hours is ideal, as this is enough time for the pavers to bond securely, ensuring a stable and long-lasting surface.
Yes. Our installers recommend pavers because they are generally more durable and easier to maintain than poured concrete. Pavers resist cracking and damage, even in extreme weather, and if repairs are needed, replacing individual pavers is easy and affordable compared to concrete. Pavers are also available in different colors, shapes, sizes, and patterns, allowing you to improve the visual appeal of your home.
Yes, it’s possible. A way to improve the appearance of your existing outdoor living space, like a back patio, walkway, or pool deck, is to have a professional hardscape company lay pavers over it. However, the existing concrete must be in good condition without any major cracks or uneven surfaces. There should also be enough clearance to add pavers without obstructing doorways.
Brick, marble, porcelain, clay, and travertine pavers are among the best choices for pool deck pavers. They stay cool on the surface and are slip-resistant in wet conditions. These options are also known for their natural beauty that complements Florida’s tropical surroundings with their natural textures.
Our paver installers typically recommend the Herringbone 90 pattern for the greatest strength. This pattern offers the strongest interlock, which prevents pavers from shifting, making it ideal for high-traffic areas like driveways.
Exotic Pavers specializes in installing patios, pool decks, and driveways. The team at our hardscape company based in Wellington is committed to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning and functional living areas and can also install retaining walls and fire pits.
We install brick, porcelain, clay, marble, limestone, travertine, and other high-quality pavers. Each type of paver has its own advantages to suit different styles and practical requirements.
Yes, our team of paver contractors can visit your home in Palm Beach County and install pavers that try and match your existing pavers as long as you know the vendor name from the original installation and the associated color.
