Paver Services in Wellington, FL

Exotic Pavers installs brick, porcelain, and marble pavers for driveways, patios, and pool decks in Wellington. The shop is in the village, at 13646 Barberry Drive, Wellington, FL 33414, so a Wellington job is a local job, not a trip in from the coast.

Wellington is an inland village in western Palm Beach County. It is not a beach town. The village is known for its parks and its equestrian community, and the lots are flat, with green yards rather than ocean frontage. Brick and porcelain are the two surfaces we use when cars will sit on the pavers. Marble is for walking surfaces.

Porcelain is the material homeowners in Wellington ask about when they want a patio or pool deck that does not need sealing. Porcelain pavers are non-porous, so they resist stains, mold, and sun fade in humid weather. On a driveway we use 3 cm porcelain so the unit can carry vehicle weight. Brick pavers are the other driveway choice. A herringbone layout locks the units together and spreads the load instead of letting a straight row shove. Marble pavers are the lighter, more formal option for a patio or the deck around a pool, where a cooler walking surface matters. We do not put thin marble under cars.

The company has been installing outdoor spaces since 2013. Founders Marsha and Marc McKinnon run it. It is family-owned and veteran-owned. Marc served four years in the USMC and is ICPI and retaining wall certified. The license is CGC# 1523876. For Wellington, Exotic Pavers also pulls the permits.
